There is a clear disconnect between "the vision" and what is attainable. The owner is a visionary that puts too much trust in long time employees because he/she thinks they are loyal. Fairness and honesty regarding pay scale is only imaginary. Unqualified and underperforming staff receive higher pay and those that truly care for the company and work endlessly, everyday are paid pennies to the dollar. Departments are divided and more departments are brought on without a clear plan of execution which continues to make difficulties for employees who are tasked with making the company uniform. Unfortunately, this company will maintain a negative, sour, sad and angry culture until there are some clear, knowledgeable and attainable goals set forth with clear lines of communication and plans to execute. So yes folks, like straight up steer clear of this company
